Stress-Free Parenting Tips

When we choose to slow the speed of our thoughts to hold space for our children, we can hear their wisdom

They hold such powerful medicine and a deeper understanding of their own bodies.

Speaking from my own experience with my third son, Zephyr. He knew some foods didn’t leave his body feeling good so together we are flowing to discover what will work for him

We have incorporated self testing and listening to what his body says by “play attention” to how his body feels after eating.  This is showing him the benefits of feeling good after eating versus feeling bad after eating.  He likes it when his body feels good, it’s basic common sense.

Though this is taking the leap to shift can be scary and too far out of the box for some

Yet, I know this to be true

There’s more parents seeing the benefits of switching out old beliefs that haven’t served them well nor their relationship

Parenting paradigms are changing and families are living Stress Free because of this choice

Question is will you join the movement ?

Will you be a part of this global transformation ?

It’s time to be still and walk alongside our children, let them guide us back to engaged sacred play and let them “play attention” to what their body is telling them.  This takes out the stress of us telling them and let’s them trust their own body.  This leads into self regulation and deep connection to their own body without us having to exude more energy.
