Raw Crackers

⅔ cup sunflower seeds
1 cup ground flax seeds
⅓ cup whole flax
¼ cup grated carrot
2 tbsp minced red pepper
1 tbsp parsley
1 ⅓  cup water
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper 

  1. Prep veggies and place to the side
  2. Grind up seeds as listed above and mix everything together until well blended
  3. Spread on a cookie sheet or your dehydrator tray 
  4. Dehydrate at 140 F or set the oven on the lowest setting.  Using the oven to keep this a true raw recipe keep it under 200F ~ you can switch the oven off and on to keep the heat down

    Herbs and veggies can be switched out as per your taste buds.

    I have used mushrooms, zucchini, basil, rosemary, thyme and even added in brewers yeast, sesame seeds and other nuts.  This is a fun versatile recipe and can be used for pizza crusts.
