Foods that Heal

Needing a quick snack that is tasty with a few variations ?

Chia Seed Pudding has many perks, it’s easy to make and store for later too.

½ cup nut milk of your choice
¼ tsp pure vanilla
1 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder or Cocoa
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
2 tbsp chia seeds
⅓ cup fresh raspberries or your choice

Whisk everything together except the berries. 
Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours then stir in the berries of your choice

Enjoy making this recipe a family favourite by adding different fruits, spices and such that will bring joy to your taste buds

You also use tea and left over smoothies in place of the nut milk for fun!  One that my youngest children love is rooibos  chai tea instead of nut milk for the liquid.   This heightens the antioxidants and creates a treat that nourishes the body deeply.
